IFW File Splitter


IFW File Splitter is a downloadable software tool that enables you to easily split the File History PDF file with bookmarks into individual PDF files.
This tool can also merge various PDF files into a single file with index page for those files.

Download IFW File Splitter


1. Click Download followed by the Run button to start installation.

2. After installation, open the IFW File Splitter tool from Startup Menu All Programs MaxVal IFW File Splitter.


How to use the tool

This tool has three different TABS

  1. IFW File Splitter
  2. Bulk IFW File Splitter
  3. EFS Files Merger

IFW File Splitter

To split an individual File History PDF file select IFW File Splitter tab

  1. Click "Browse" button under Choose File name to select the File History PDF file from which the bookmarks has to be extracted.
  2. Click "Browse" button under Choose Destination to select the folder in which the extracted bookmarks will be stored.
  3. Check the Merge similar name bookmarks to combine identically named bookmarks into a PDF file or else it will be extracted as individual files.
  4. Click Process to extract bookmarks into PDF files.

 

Bulk IFW File Splitter

To split more than one File History PDF file select Bulk IFW File Splitter tab

  1. Click "Browse" button under Choose Source Folder to select the folder containing File History PDF files from which the bookmarks has to be extracted.
  2. Click "Browse" button under Choose Destination to select the folder in which the extracted bookmarks will be stored.
  3. Check the Merge similar name bookmarks to combine identically named bookmarks into a PDF file or else it will be extracted as individual files.
  4. Click Process to extract bookmarks into PDF files.

 

 

 

 

EFS Files Merger

To merge various EFS PDF files select EFS Files Merger tab

  1. Click "Browse" button under Choose Source Folder to select the folders containing EFS PDF files which has to be merged.
  2. Click "Browse" button under Choose Destination to select the folder in which the merged file will be stored.
  3. Click Process to merge EFS PDF files into a file.

System Requirements IBM or compatible Pentium® processor (700 MHz or greater)

  • 256 MB RAM or greater

  • SVGA (800 x 600 or greater) with 256 colors (1024 x 768 with 16-bit color recommended)
